Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Bartender with 3 to 5 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bartending and excellent customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails and mocktails.

Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and restocked.

Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.

Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.

Stay up-to-date with new products and promotions, making recommendations to customers.

Participate in inventory management, ordering supplies and managing stock levels.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Bartender with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Strong knowledge of various beverages, including cocktails and mocktails.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Basic math skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
