Job Opening: Bartender

We are looking for a Bartender with atleast 3 yrs. of Bartending experience. He should be willing to join in a month. He should be willing to learn and grow with us at our Non-AC beachside 100 seater Multicuisine Restaurant & Bar in the beautiful but remote Havelock Island - Andaman!

Profile:

You will manage the bar area, make cocktails & mocktails, maintain stock and support general operations.

Requirements:

1. Honest and Hardworking. Candidate should be willing to stay for the full contract term.

2. Comfortable with island life - limited network, basic amenities and a small team.

3. Good Communication Skills – Hindi and English

4. Enjoy talking to guests

5. Attentive with a keen eye for detail – Good Presentation Skills

6. Good Grooming – You should like to look good at all times

7. Sharp Memory – So that no guest orders are missed!

What you get in return

· Salary + PF and other mandatory benefits

· 11 months contract post which you will get 30 days leave + 45 day pay. No weekly offs during the 11 months

· Return Airfare – Applicable after completion of 11 months.

· Staff Meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) + Basic sharing staff accommodation

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
