Job Description

Responsibilities

 Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholicdrinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards. Prepare Garnish Tray as per the SOP for each shift as per par stock. Interact with guests in a friendly and attentive manner, providing recommendations andtaking orders accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaningequipment, and sanitizing surfaces. Adhere to all beverage control procedures to ensure responsible alcohol service andcompliance with legal regulations. Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders for replenishment as needed to ensureavailability of ingredients and supplies. Conduct daily and Weekly inventory and send all reports for Excise department update. Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions in accordance with establishedprocedures. Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guestexperiences. Stay informed about current beverage trends, new products, and menu offerings to provideknowledgeable recommendations to guests.

Requirements

 Prior experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred. Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and recipes. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Must maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.

Disciplinary And Non-Negotiable Guidelines For Restaurant Employees

 Attendance at briefings, training sessions, and participation in general and deep cleaning aremandatory. Employees must report to the daily briefing 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Cleaning procedures should commence after 11:00 PM if the restaurant closes at 11:00 PM. Employees are required to remain on premises if customers are dining late. Non-adherence to job description guidelines may result in reprimand or demotion. Mobile policy is to be followed by all staff without fail.
