Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:Beverage PreparationPrepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and specialty drinks as per standard recipes.Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning.Create new beverages when required and support menu changes.Guest ServiceGreet guests at the bar and take beverage orders promptly.Provide product recommendations based on guest preferences.Ensure high levels of hospitality, guest engagement, and experience.Bar OperationsSet up and close the bar as per SOPs.Ensure availability of all stock including garnishes, glassware, syrups, liquor, mixers, and ice.Monitor and maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and hygiene.Inventory & ControlFollow proper measurement standards to avoid over-pouring.Assist in daily stock counts and inventory management.Report shortages, breakages, or wastage to the Bar Manager.Compliance & SafetyEnsure compliance with legal drinking age laws and responsible alcohol service.Maintain hygiene standards and adhere to FSSAI/SOP guidelines.Handle bar equipment safely and responsibly.Education & Experience12th Pass / Hospitality Diploma Preferred.1–2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume bar/restaurant.Strong mixology and beverage knowledge is an advantage.SkillsExcellent communication and guest-interaction skills.Speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.Knowledge of cocktail recipes, glassware, and bar tools.Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.Strong teamwork and coordination with bar & service teams.
