About Us:

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve matcha-based drinks, specialty coffee, and light desserts
Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality
Manage daily caf operations and support junior staff
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and consistency in beverage preparation
Support workshops and events related to Japanese tea culture

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista (coffee experience required)
Strong passion for hospitality and customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
Team player with leadership qualities
Willingness to learn about Japanese tea culture (training provided)
