Job Responsibilities: Machine Operation: Starting, stopping, and monitoring MAP machines during the packaging process, adjusting settings like speed and gas flow as needed. Material Handling: Loading packaging materials (trays, films, etc.) and food products into the machine, ensuring proper placement and alignment. Quality Control: Inspecting packaged products for proper seals, correct gas mixtures, and overall quality, discarding any defective packages. Maintenance: Performing routine cleaning and maintenance on the MAP equipment, troubleshooting minor issues, and reporting major problems to supervisors. Safety Compliance: Following all safety protocols and procedures related to operating the machinery and handling packaging materials.
