Location: Zirakpur
Department: Food & Beverage
Reports To: Café/Restaurant Manager

Job Summary

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items while ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires attention to detail, product knowledge, and the ability to maintain a clean and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee and beverage orders (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) as per company standards.
Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, friendly service.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café area, counters, and equipment.
Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies; report shortages.
Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions accurately.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Assist in training new staff on beverage preparation and café operations.
Ensure tables, seating areas, and service counters are clean and well-organized.

Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience as a Barista or in a café environment preferred.
Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and willingness to learn.

Work Schedule

Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,606.21 - ₹20,499.67 per month
