Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks according to company recipes and customer preferences. Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and POS systems safely and efficiently. Greet customers, take orders, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment, counters, and seating areas. Manage inventory by restocking coffee beans, milk, syrups, and supplies as needed. Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards. Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments accurately. Work cooperatively with team members to ensure smooth store operations. Assist in opening and closing duties, including cleaning equipment and preparing the shop for the next shift. Skills & Qualifications Prior experience in coffee shops or customer service preferred but not required. Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso preparation is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. Attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
