Job Summary: The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires knowledge of brewing techniques, espresso machines, and beverage customization. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee drinks , such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, mocha, cold brew, and teas. Operate and maintain coffee equipment (grinders, espresso machines, brewers). Greet customers, take accurate orders, and handle POS transactions . Ensure consistency and quality of beverages. Maintain cleanliness of the workstation , equipment, and customer area. Follow health and safety standards , including food hygiene. Stock and restock ingredients and supplies (milk, coffee beans, syrups, cups). Assist in the preparation and display of baked goods or snacks , if applicable. Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers. Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly. Support team members during peak hours. Requirements: Prior experience as a barista or in a food service role is preferred. Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machine operation. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Physical stamina to stand for long periods. Working Conditions: Rotational shifts and occasional overtime. Fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Handling hot liquids, machinery, and food items. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
