The company's portfolio includes a variety of dining options such as cafes, theme-based bars, cloud kitchens, and kiosks. Other brands under ALP Retail Pvt. Ltd. include Chai Break Cafe & Bar, Chai Break Express, Chai Break Catering, Bowl Break, Publik, and Air 1910.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista located in Kolkata. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages (mainly various types of tea and coffee), maintaining cleanliness of the workspace, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service. Daily tasks will include taking orders, explaining menu items, and providing an engaging experience for customers.

Qualifications

Experience and proficiency in Barista skills
Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
Excellent Customer Service skills
Knowledge of Food Preparation techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
Punctuality and reliability are essential
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
