Barista Cashier

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take orders in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages (espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, etc.).
• Operate coffee machines and other equipment.
• Follow recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the workstation, equipment, and seating areas.
• Handle customer complaints or questions professionally.
• Manage inventory and restock supplies (milk, coffee beans, cups, etc.).
• Process payments using a cash register or POS system.
• Support the team in opening and closing duties.
• Comply with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.

Key Skills & Qualities:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail (especially with drink preparation).
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Friendly and customer-focused attitude.
• Basic math skills (for handling cash and measurements).
• Time management and reliability.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
