Barista Cashier

Role Overview: You will be responsible for greeting customers in a friendly and efficient manner, taking orders, preparing and serving coffee and tea beverages such as espresso, lattes, and cappuccinos. Operating coffee machines and other equipment, following recipes and presentation standards, maintaining cleanliness of the workstation, handling customer complaints professionally, managing inventory, restocking supplies, supporting team in opening and closing duties, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers and take orders in a friendly, efficient manner. - Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages (espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, etc.). - Operate coffee machines and other equipment. - Follow recipes and presentation standards. - Maintain cleanliness of the workstation, equipment, and seating areas. - Handle customer complaints or questions professionally. - Manage inventory and restock supplies (milk, coffee beans, cups, etc.). - Support the team in opening and closing duties. - Comply with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards. Qualification Required: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail (especially with drink preparation). - Ability to multitask and work under pressure. - Friendly and customer-focused attitude. - Basic math skills (for handling cash and measurements). - Time management and reliability. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
