About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based and brewed coffee drinks with excellence and speed.
• Maintain deep knowledge of

  coffee beans, origins, roast levels, and flavor profiles

  (Arabica vs. Robusta, single origin vs. blend).
• Ensure top-notch

  espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art

  presentation.
• Engage with customers in fluent English — explaining coffee options, origins, and taste notes confidently.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and order at the barista station at all times.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth café operations and customer satisfaction.
• Train or guide junior staff when required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a

  Barista in a premium café or specialty coffee outlet.

• Strong understanding of coffee brewing techniques (pour-over, French press, AeroPress, etc.).

• Fluent in English communication

  — both spoken and written.
• Passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and a warm personality.
• Knowledge of

  equipment calibration and grinder settings

  is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Barista Skills or Coffee Brewing (e.g., from SCA or similar).
• Creative flair for coffee presentation and innovation.
