Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve high-quality speciality coffee beverages
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders and addressing customer needs
- Ensure all equipment is in good working condition
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to create a pleasant caf environment

- Barista and Food Preparation skills:
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in the hospitality or foodservice industry is a plus
- Passionate about providing high-quality coffee and customer experiences
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
