Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista located in Kochi. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, maintaining high levels of cleanliness and sanitation, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional tasks include informing customers about the menu, taking orders, assisting with food preparation, and handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently. Qualifications Proven experience as a Barista and in food preparation Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness Ability to handle cash transactions accurately A passion for coffee and a strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques is a plus
