Responsibilities: Prepare and serve espresso-based and manual brew coffees with consistency. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service area. Interact warmly with guests and ensure a welcoming café atmosphere. Handle POS operations and manage customer orders efficiently. Assist with basic food preparation and plating when needed. Monitor inventory and restock supplies as required. Support opening and closing duties of the café. Requirements: Prior barista or café experience preferred. Knowledge of espresso machines and brewing methods. Attention to detail, hygiene, and presentation. Friendly attitude and strong communication skills. Ability to multitask in a small, busy environment.
