Job Description

Core responsibilities

Client and staff coordination:
Consult with clients and the banquet sales director to understand their needs and contract details.
Communicate with other departments, such as housekeeping, front office, and the kitchen, to ensure smooth operations.
Event planning and setup:
Plan event logistics, including layout, seating arrangements, and décor.
Determine staffing needs, such as the number of wait staff required.
Coordinate food and beverage service, including menu review and special requests.
Staff supervision and management:
Hire, train, and supervise banquet staff.
Motivate the team and delegate tasks to ensure high-quality service.
Conduct team meetings and provide ongoing training opportunities.
Financial and quality control:
Manage budgets and control costs for each event.
Monitor and maintain the quality of food, beverages, and service.
Ensure all equipment, such as glassware, linen, and cutlery, is maintained and stocked.
Operational duties:
Ensure the venue is clean, sanitized, and properly set up for each event.
Maintain a record of pending bills and ensure timely payments.
Handle any guest concerns and ensure a positive experience for everyone.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
