Job Description

A banking sales executive promotes and sells bank products like loans and credit cards by building client relationships, assessing financial needs, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include lead generation, product promotion, providing customer service, maintaining financial knowledge, ensuring regulatory compliance, and preparing sales reports to drive growth for the bank. Key Responsibilities Sales & Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential clients through various sales channels to generate new business for the bank. Needs Assessment & Product Recommendation: Assess clients' financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services, such as loans, credit cards, and investment options. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with new and existing clients to foster loyalty and satisfaction. Target Achievement: Consistently work to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and revenue goals. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep and up-to-date understanding of the bank's full range of financial products, services, and industry trends. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, handle inquiries, and resolve client issues in a professional and efficient manner. Graduation Mandatory !!!!!
