Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Lead a team responsible for processing banking transactions, including AML/KYC checks, dispute resolution, fraud detection, international banking, transaction monitoring, payment processing, sanction screening, OFAC compliance. Ensure timely completion of tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve process efficiency. Develop and implement effective training programs for new hires and existing staff members. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
