Key Responsibilities: - Process banking transactions, account verifications, and financial data entry. - Address customer queries via calls, emails, or chat support related to banking products and services. - Ensure adherence to banking regulations and company policies. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve banking-related issues. - Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification and document validation. - Monitor transactions to identify any fraudulent activities. - Maintain accurate records of all transactions and interactions. - Assist in financial reconciliation and reporting tasks. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Education: Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Banking, or a related field (B.Com, BBA, MBA preferred). - Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). - Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Basic knowledge of banking processes and financial transactions. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). - Willingness to work in a night shift.
