Banking Insurance -Lead Positions

As a Team Lead, you are expected to have a minimum of 6 years of experience in the Insurance or financial services industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to Insurance Policy Review, New Business, Renewals, Surrenders/Maturity, Claims, Decreases/Increases, Query handling, Underwriting, Top up. Additionally, you should have experience in training, mentoring, and creating MIS reports. Attention to detail is crucial, and you will be responsible for driving team productivity and quality. For the Team Lead - Quality position, a minimum of 4 years of experience in the Insurance or financial services industry is required. Similar to the Team Lead role, you should possess excellent communication skills and in-depth knowledge of insurance operations. Responsibilities include mentoring and training QA team members, leading the QA team within the Insurance project, conducting quality checks, and analyzing data for improvement areas. As a Senior Team Lead, you should have at least 6 years of experience in the Insurance or financial services industry. Your responsibilities will include driving team productivity and quality, representing the Insurance function in senior management discussions, and ensuring client service levels are met. Strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities are crucial for this role.
