Job Description

Key Responsibilities Bank Branch Coordination Daily bank branch visit and relationship building with branch staff. Ensure smooth communication between bank team and insurance team. Support branch employees to drive insurance business. Customer Handling Interact with walk-in and existing bank customers. Understand customer needs (life, protection, savings, investment plans). Suggest suitable insurance products based on needs. Sales & Target Achievement Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Generate business from bank leads and branch database. Follow up with customers for meetings, documents, and closure. Lead Management Work on bank-provided leads and convert them into sales. Maintain and update lead tracker on a daily basis. Ensure timely follow-ups till conversion. Coordinate with operations for policy issuance. Resolve any customer issues related to policy, documents, or service. Maintain long-term customer relationships. Reporting Update daily sales report (DSR). Share activity updates with team leader/manager. Human Resource Vishal Parmar 9033150173
