Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bank Manager, located in Bengaluru. The Bank Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations of the branch, building and maintaining business relationships, overseeing financial services and customer service functions, and leading a team. The role also involves ensuring compliance with banking regulations and achieving branch performance targets.

Qualifications

• Skills in Business Relationship Management and Customer Service
• 3 to 5 Experience in home loan
• Proven ability in Team Management
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the banking sector is a plus
