Bank & Card Admin Specialist

Role Overview: You will be joining the Global Business Solutions (GBS), GBISC Pune team as a Bank and Card Admin Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Atlas Copco Group globally in the administration of banking, corporate card, and treasury systems. Your main tasks will include user management, compliance with Treasury guidelines, and process optimization through collaboration with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain (create, update, remove) users in banking and treasury systems - Administer the group credit card program and support in rollout activities - Complete user requests from subsidiaries accurately and on time - Stay updated on bank/treasury system administration portals and upgrades - Actively participate in bank administration projects to optimize processes - Produce user access audit reports for subsidiaries self-checks and follow-up - Ensure compliance with routines and controls defined by Treasury and local guidelines - Handle ad-hoc tasks as required Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience (preferred) - 1-2 years experience in a treasury or finance role (open to recent graduates with relevant exposure) Additional Company Details: You will have plenty of opportunities to grow and develop within the company.
