1 New Account Activations 2. Lead Generation callout 3. Cross Sell and Up Sell calling 4. Connect with the leads as provided by the bank for providing them demo on the online and mobile platform. 5. Resolve basis level online trading related queries such as password reset, user blocked, fund transfer issue etc and enable customer to trade with ease 6. Connect with the prospects who have expressed interest through our various campaigns run on our ABM Website and various applications 7. Present the product and proposition to the prospects, seek meeting appointments and convert the clients.
