As a Bancassurance Manager at our leading Life Insurance company in Kottayam, Kerala, your role is crucial in driving sales and business development through bancassurance partnerships. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with banking partners and ensuring high performance in terms of sales targets and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage relationships with banking partners to maximize sales of life insurance products. - Achieve sales targets through effective strategies and implementation. - Conduct regular training sessions for the banks sales teams to enhance product understanding. - Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional activities. - Monitor and analyze the performance of the bancassurance channel and take corrective actions as necessary. - Ensure smooth operations in terms of documentation, compliance, and claims process. - Work closely with underwriting and claims departments to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the banking sector. - Track competitor activity and market trends to refine sales approaches. - Report to senior management on performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities for growth. Key Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Life Insurance industry. - Proven track record in sales, ideally with bancassurance or channel sales experience. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of life insurance products and market trends. - Familiarity with the Kottayam region and its banking landscape would be an added advantage. - Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet sales targets and deadlines.
