Job Description

As a Sales Relationship Manager at our organization, you will be responsible for managing the sales targets of the mapped branches/regions of our distribution partner in locations such as Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Vishakhapatnam, and Vijayawada. With 2 to 5 years of experience as a relationship officer in the Bancassurance channel of any insurance company, you will play a key role in driving sales and maintaining strong relationships with our partners. Your essential job functions will include conducting regular engagement and training sessions with the sales team of the distribution partner, tracking and driving sales initiatives, contests, and new product launches, as well as creating visibility and top-of-mind recall for our organization to boost sales. You will act as the primary point of contact for branches/regions, taking ownership of any process, product, or service-related issues that may arise. This field sales role requires your full presence without the option of working from home, and frequent travel to distribution partners" branches, both locally and domestically, is a mandatory aspect of this position. Your skills in customer service, insurance, product launch, engagement, NBFC, sales initiatives, relationship management, bancassurance, and training will be crucial in excelling in this role.,
