As a Model/Anlys/Valid Analyst I at Citigroup, you will be a trainee professional with a good understanding of the processes, procedures, and systems involved in your assigned tasks. You should have a basic comprehension of the underlying concepts and principles relevant to your role. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing, enhancing, and validating methods for measuring and analyzing risk across all risk types - Assisting in preparing regular and ad-hoc reports for the Risk Management Team, ensuring data integrity and accuracy - Supporting projects to improve risk analytics, modeling, and validation systems - Having a strong grasp of database structures, key business categories, internal banking processes, and statistical/mathematics concepts - Using analytical and process management skills for quality control of data - Collaborating with senior and junior staff on various projects and reports - Assessing risks appropriately in business decisions to uphold the firm's reputation and comply with regulations To qualify for this role, you should be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel, and demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills. Being self-motivated, detail-oriented, and holding a Masters/University degree or equivalent experience are also essential. In addition, you will work within the Risk Management job family, focusing on Risk Analytics, Modeling, and Validation.
