Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organised Bakery Manager to oversee daily operations of our cloud kitchen bakery. The ideal candidate will handle client communications, coordinate delivery logistics, and maintain basic order records. Key Responsibilities: Client Communication: Interact with customers via phone and WhatsApp to take orders, resolve queries, and provide updates. Offer product recommendations and assist clients with customised orders. Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all communications. Logistics & Delivery Coordination: Coordinate with third-party delivery partners for timely pickups and deliveries. Track order status and ensure smooth delivery. Handle any delivery-related escalations or issues. Order Management & Record Keeping: Maintain a basic Excel sheet for daily orders, including order details, client names, payment status, and delivery updates. Additional Support: Assist with packaging and during peak hours if required. Coordinate with kitchen staff for order preparation timelines. Skills & Qualifications: Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Proficiency in WhatsApp, phone etiquette, and basic Excel/Google Sheets Experience in logistics coordination or customer service is a plus Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of bakery products is an advantage
