Job Description

Job Title: Bakery Chef (Pastry Chef / Baker) Location: Jui Nagar Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and creative Bakery Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing a wide range of baked goods such as breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, and specialty desserts. The role requires attention to detail, innovation in recipe development, and strong knowledge of baking techniques. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods from scratch. Innovate and develop new dessert and bakery menu items. Ensure high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness are maintained at all times. Measure and mix ingredients accurately according to recipes and specifications. Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure products are properly baked. Decorate and present baked items in an appealing and creative manner. Manage inventory and order baking supplies as needed. Train and supervise junior kitchen staff, if applicable. Maintain proper storage and rotation of ingredients and baked goods. Collaborate with other kitchen and front-of-house staff for special events or seasonal promotions. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
