Manage mixing, kneading, proofing, baking, and finishing processes.
Decorate cakes, pastries, and desserts with icing, frosting, and toppings.
Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation across all products.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
Monitor ingredient levels and assist in inventory control and ordering supplies.
Operate and maintain baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers safely.
Collaborate with team members for menu planning and special orders.

Required Skills & Attributes:

Strong hands-on experience in baking (bread, cake, pastry, cookies, etc.).
Knowledge of baking techniques, temperature control, and ingredient balance.
Creativity in developing new recipes and presentation styles.
Ability to work independently and efficiently during rush hours.
Basic English-speaking skills (should be able to understand simple instructions).
Attention to detail and commitment to quality and cleanliness.

Qualifications:

Diploma or certification in Bakery & Confectionery / Culinary Arts preferred.
1-3 years of relevant work experience in a bakery, hotel, or pastry shop.
