Job Description

To assist in the daily operations of the bakery by preparing ingredients, supporting bakers in the production process, ensuring cleanliness, maintaining hygiene standards, and delivering quality bakery products in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of bread, cakes, pastries, and other bakery items.
Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and instructions.
Operate bakery equipment (ovens, mixers, dough sheeters, etc.) under supervision.
Ensure that bakery products meet quality and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
Assist with packaging, labeling, and storing baked goods.
Monitor stock of raw materials (flour, sugar, yeast, etc.) and inform supervisor for replenishment.
Provide support in inventory management and daily reporting.
Follow company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,611.49 - ₹12,000.00 per month
