Your Role:

As our Food Technologist, you will be responsible for researching, developing, and refining bakery-based products. From ideation to execution, you’ll ensure that our offerings maintain high standards of taste, texture, and quality while staying true to our brand’s Himalayan essence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and test recipes for bakery and confectionery products
• Standardize production processes to ensure consistency in taste and quality
• Conduct trials for new flavors and ingredients, especially with Himalayan produce
• Monitor hygiene, food safety, and quality control standards during production
• Document formulations, processes, and improvements
• Collaborate with the team to scale recipes from lab to production level
• Stay updated with the latest food technology and bakery innovations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field
• Strong interest in bakery/confectionery product development
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance practices
• Creativity in experimenting with new recipes and ingredients
• Ability to work hands-on in a kitchen/production setting
• Prior internship, experience or project work in bakery/food product development is a plus
