Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Baker at our Chennai location. The Baker will be responsible for preparing, baking, and presenting a variety of baked goods. Tasks include mixing dough, shaping loaves, preparing cookies, and ensuring the highest level of food hygiene and safety standards are met. The Baker will also be involved in food preparation and maintaining inventory levels.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Bakery and Baking techniques
Experience with Food Preparation and handling
Ability to bake a variety of goods, including Cookies and Bread
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work early morning shifts and stand for extended periods
A passion for baking and a commitment to high quality and sustainability
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
