Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recipes for a variety of baked goods, including but not limited to chocolate breads, muffins, and other pastries, ensuring a consistently high standard of quality.
• Integrate our signature craft chocolate into new and existing recipes, creating unique flavor profiles.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with the chocolate-making and sales teams to develop new product ideas and strategies.
• Manage inventory of baking ingredients and supplies, and assist with ordering as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of professional baking experience in a commercial kitchen or similar environment.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of baking principles and techniques.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Creativity and a willingness to experiment with new recipes and concepts.
