Cacaoly is a premium craft chocolate company seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking and a desire to create high-quality, chocolate-centric baked goods that align with our brand's commitment to excellence. This role is crucial in expanding our product line to include a range of innovative and classic baked items. Responsibilities: Develop and execute recipes for a variety of baked goods, including but not limited to chocolate breads, muffins, and other pastries, ensuring a consistently high standard of quality. Integrate our signature craft chocolate into new and existing recipes, creating unique flavor profiles. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations. Collaborate with the chocolate-making and sales teams to develop new product ideas and strategies. Manage inventory of baking ingredients and supplies, and assist with ordering as needed. Qualifications: Minimum of 1-2 years of professional baking experience in a commercial kitchen or similar environment. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong understanding of baking principles and techniques. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products. Creativity and a willingness to experiment with new recipes and concepts.
