Job Description

As a Badging Officer at Pinkerton, you will be responsible for managing the process of physical identity access card creation and maintenance for one of Pinkerton's largest global clients. Your role will also involve monitoring the access control program for corporate sites within the identified geography. Your partnership with local management, employees, contractors, and vendors will be crucial in successfully delivering on set objectives. Here are some key responsibilities you will undertake: - Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence. - Ensure compliance of local and regional badge operations with the corporate global badge policy. - Monitor all badge and access applications via the Trouble-Ticket/SIM and RightCrowd systems to meet Service Level Agreements. - Provide input to the Site Setup Matrix for new and existing corporate office projects. - Monitor RightCrowd system working statuses and coordinate with the global team for area access requests. - Act as the point of contact with Corporate Security Badge Office (CSBO) to support badging operations. - Maintain badging inventory and records across assigned corporate offices. - Perform other badge and physical identity area access management related duties as assigned by the line manager. Qualifications for this role include: - At least two years of experience in the management of access controls (Lenel preferred), badging operations, security platforms, and customer service. In addition to the qualifications, you should possess the following competencies: - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-demand, and dynamic work environment. - High degree of technical knowledge. - Attention to detail and accuracy. - Strong organizational skills. - Responsive and responsible attitude. - Effective written and verbal communication skills. - Client-oriented and results-driven. - Ability to resolve customer issues in a timely manner through alternative solutions or group problem-solving approach. - Capability to multitask and deep-dive as needed. - Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office. Working Conditions: - Regular computer usage. - Occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment. - Frequent sitting.
