As a Level 3 Network Engineer at MGI Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for demonstrating expertise in various technical skills to ensure the smooth functioning of enterprise networks. Your proficiency in routing and switching will be crucial, including configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco Switches (45XX, 3750/6500/Nexus/meraki) and Routers (ASR 1000 Series, 72xx/2600/2800, 3800 series). Your role will also require advanced knowledge of networking protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP, along with experience in Nexus upgrades, configurations, and troubleshooting. Additionally, familiarity with QOS, MPLS, VRF, VRF lite, switching protocols like STP, RSTP, PVST, and security platforms like Cisco ASA and Forti gate UTM will be essential. You will be expected to have expertise in site-to-site VPN (IPsec), web or SSL VPN, as well as load balancer platforms such as Citrix or F5. Proficiency in SDWAN and Wireless technologies, specifically with Cisco Meraki WAN devices, switches, and wireless access points, will also be required. In terms of behavioral and organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities will be necessary for effective collaboration with onsite clients and senior peers globally. You should also possess client service-oriented mindset with excellent delegation and follow-up skills. Moreover, the role will entail team leadership responsibilities, including leading teams of network services professionals and ensuring end-to-end ownership for service delivery. Your adaptability and planning skills will be put to test as you navigate through the demands of a quality-conscious, process-driven, and productivity-focused organization.
