Job Description

Job Summary:

Backup and Field Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot
desktops, laptops, printers, and POS machines
.
Provide support for
retail sector equipment
and POS systems.
Handle basic
network issues
(LAN, Wi-Fi, IP settings).
Replace or upgrade hardware components (RAM, hard drives, cables).
Visit client locations for on-site support and issue resolution.
Work under the guidance of senior engineers and document all tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Qualification:

Diploma, ITI, BCA, B.Sc. (IT/Computer Science), or any related technical background.

Technical Skills:

Basic knowledge of
desktop, laptop, and printer hardware
Understanding of
POS machines and retail sector devices
Basic knowledge of
Windows OS
and common software
Familiar with
basic networking
(LAN/Wi-Fi, IP configuration)

Good communication skills and a customer-friendly approach.
Willingness to travel and support various client locations.
