Backend Visa Process MBBS Admission

You are invited to join our team as a Medical Study Abroad Counsellor and Backend Operations Executive in Noida Sector-62. As part of this role, you will be responsible for guiding students interested in pursuing medical education abroad (MBBS/MD) and managing backend operations such as documentation, application processing, and student follow-ups. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide accurate information on MBBS/medical courses abroad (Georgia) to students and parents. - Conduct personalized counselling sessions in-person, over the phone, or via video conferencing. - Assist students in choosing the right university and country based on their academic profile, preferences, and budget. - Address queries related to admissions, visa process, eligibility criteria, entrance exams (e.g. NEET), tuition fees, and accommodation. - Organize and participate in education fairs, seminars, and webinars. - Maintain and update student records in the CRM system. - Coordinate with partner universities and embassies for admission and visa procedures. - Handle document verification, application submission, and follow-ups. - Ensure timely processing of offer letters, acceptance letters, and visa filing support. - Support the marketing team with backend coordination for campaigns and events. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree (any discipline); education in healthcare, life sciences, or counselling is a plus. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and administrative capabilities. - Familiarity with overseas education processes, especially for medical studies. - Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
