Graphic Designer/Video Editor

You will be working as a Graphics Designer at ISM EDUTECH, a leading provider of educational solutions and career counseling services in the study abroad field. Your role will involve developing creative and visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various digital and print materials. These materials include social media posts, website banners, brochures, flyers, and advertisements. Collaborating with the marketing team, you will conceptualize and execute design solutions to effectively communicate the brand message and engage the target audience. Utilizing graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite and other tools, you will create high-quality designs that meet project requirements and objectives. Staying updated with industry trends and design best practices will be crucial to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of visual assets. Additionally, you will work closely with different departments to understand their design needs and provide creative solutions aligned with their objectives. Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively, and meeting deadlines consistently while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy will be part of your responsibilities. Actively participating in brainstorming sessions and creative meetings to generate new ideas, concepts, and strategies for enhancing the brand presence and marketing efforts will also be expected from you. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design or a related field. Proven experience as a graphic designer with a diverse portfolio showcasing different design styles, preferably in the education field, is desired. Proficiency in graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite and a strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition are essential. Strong communication and collaboration skills, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, are necessary for this role.
