As a Medical Study Abroad Counsellor and Backend Operations Executive, your role will involve guiding students interested in pursuing medical education abroad (MBBS/MD) and managing backend operations related to documentation, application processing, and student follow-ups. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide accurate and up-to-date information to students and parents regarding MBBS/medical courses abroad (Georgia). - Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions through in-person meetings, phone calls, or video conferencing. - Assist students in choosing the right university and country based on their academic background, preferences, and budget. - Address inquiries about admissions, visa procedures, eligibility criteria, entrance exams (e.g., NEET), tuition fees, and accommodation. - Organize and participate in education fairs, seminars, and webinars. - Maintain and update student records in the CRM system. - Coordinate with partner universities and embassies for admission and visa processes. - Manage document verification, application submission, and follow-ups. - Ensure timely processing of offer letters, acceptance letters, and visa filing support. - Support the marketing team with backend coordination for campaigns and events. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in any discipline; background in healthcare, life sciences, or counselling is a plus. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and administrative abilities. - Familiarity with overseas education procedures, particularly for medical studies. - Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools. - Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
