Education: Graduate in any discipline

Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and smart individual to join our dynamic team as a Backend Servicing & Coordination Executive. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with backend operations, team coordination, and tech tools like Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, Power point and Google Sheets and AI-enabled platforms. A background in the advertising or media industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate backend servicing tasks with internal stakeholders and external vendors

Manage client data, reports, and campaign details using Excel/Google Sheets

Ensure timely follow-ups, task tracking, and documentation

Provide support in managing AI-driven workflows or tools (training can be provided)

Handle multitasking across various client and internal teams efficiently

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all backend processes

Be available for flexible work hours if required, ensuring deliverables are not delayed

Requirements: Graduate with 1–2 years of experience, preferably from an agency or client-servicing background

Proficient in Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, Power point and Google Sheets

Working knowledge of AI tools or eagerness to learn and apply them in operations

Good coordination and communication skills

Quick learner with a street-smart and solution-oriented mindset

Self-motivated, punctual, and capable of handling responsibilities independently
