Key Responsibilities: ✔️ Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, or CRM ✔️ Manage leads from digital platforms ✔️ Prepare quotations, sales proposals & order confirmations ✔️ Maintain accurate client data in CRM ✔️ Assist with payment follow-ups & documentation ✔️ Generate sales reports (daily/weekly/monthly) ✔️ Warm up cold leads through calls & emails ✔️ Address customer queries or escalate as needed ✔️ Ensure confidentiality of data and communications Requirements: ✅ Bachelor’s degree ✅ 1–3 years' experience in backend sales n ✅ Proficient in MS Office & CRM tools ✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills 🔗 Ready to grow with us?
