Job Description

We have urgent requirement for below position

Designation / Requirement : Asst Manager -Backend Sales Coordiantor

Location : Delhi pitampura-110034

Qualification : Any Graduate

Experience : 3-5 years in Distribution sales

Must have knowledge of CBO - ERP software SFA

Industry: Pharmaceuticals

Coordinate with the sales team to manage client inquiries, quotations, and order processing.
Prepare and send sales proposals, quotations, and invoices.
Maintain and update company databases, employee records, and filing systems.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, redirecting them as needed
Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Support HR functions such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, and leave management.
Assist in preparing administrative reports and expense tracking.
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
Follow up on leads, quotations, and client feedback.
