Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including but not limited to cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
Research and analyze market trends to identify potential prospects and target demographics.
Initiate and maintain effective communication with prospects through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Clearly articulate the value proposition of the product or service and address prospect queries.
Set a minimum of 3 confirmed product/service demonstration appointments per day.
Work closely with the sales team to align demonstrations with customer needs and preferences.
Develop and deliver compelling presentations that highlight the features and benefits of the product or service.
Conduct product/service demonstrations during scheduled appointments, showcasing key functionalities and addressing customer needs.
Implement effective nurturing strategies to build and maintain relationships with potential customers.
Customize communication to address specific needs and concerns, nurturing leads through the sales funnel.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Aim to achieve a minimum of 3 new sales per month through effective pitching and closing strategies.
Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Track and report progress on leads, appointments, and sales conversions regularly.
Foster positive relationships with potential and existing customers.
Follow up on leads, address customer concerns, and provide relevant information to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer interactions and market insights.
Key Deliverables:
3 confirmed product/service demonstration appointments.
Detailed records of all communication and interactions with leads.
3 new sales closed.
Comprehensive sales report outlining key performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities.
Reporting:
Provide a summary of daily activities, including the number of calls made, emails sent, and appointments set.
Highlight any challenges faced and proposed solutions.
Present a weekly overview of lead generation activities and progress toward meeting monthly targets.
Share insights on lead quality and adjustments made to the sales approach.
Summarize monthly performance, including the number of new sales, conversion rates, and any noteworthy achievements or challenges.
Collaborate with the sales team to analyze trends and propose strategies for improvement.
4.. Quarterly Review:
Participate in a comprehensive review of the overall inside sales strategy.
Provide input for refining processes, improving efficiency, and enhancing lead generation and conversion rates.
The daily , weekly, monthly reporting will be based on the approved monthly plan, pre-defined process and format.
