Backend Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and contribute to the smooth operation of sales activities. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, maintain customer relationships, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead generation, validation, trackling , fix appointment , complete the sales cycle
• Coordinate and support the sales team in daily operations
• Manage and maintain customer records, quotations, and sales documentation
• Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on sales leads
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of sales orders
• Prepare reports on sales performance, pipeline tracking, and forecasting
• Maintain communication with clients regarding order status, delivery schedules, and after-sales service
• Ensure timely billing and assist in payment follow-ups
• Schedule and organize meetings, presentations, and client visits

Key Requirements:

• Any graduate or undergrad with relevant experience
• Proven experience (1–3 years) in a sales coordination or support role
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
