Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the core platform using Python frameworks (Django, FastAPI, or similar).
• Build APIs, workflows, and integrations that power the platform.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to implement new features and platform enhancements.
• Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of backend systems.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and platform roadmap planning.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve platform issues proactively.
• Contribute ideas to improving the product and enhance the overall platform experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in backend development using Python.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, microservices, and database systems (SQL/NoSQL).
• Knowledge of platform architecture, cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a product-focused team.
• Experience in SaaS or product development is highly desirable.
