Technical Support:

Provide expert-level support for Canon Uniflow, plotters, and printers to end-users and IT staff.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to print services.
Collaborate with vendors and service providers for advanced troubleshooting and repairs.

System Optimization:

Analyze print service performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Develop and maintain documentation for print services processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
Stay updated with the latest developments in print technology and recommend upgrades or changes as necessary.

Security and Compliance:

Ensure print services comply with organizational security policies and industry standards.
Implement and manage access controls and user permissions for print services.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate security risks.

Project Management:

Lead and participate in print services-related projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
