We are looking for a Backend Operations Associate who is highly organized, a strong multitasker, and possesses excellent communication skills. The candidate will support day-to-day backend operations, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth workflow across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain backend operational processes and records
• Coordinate with internal teams for daily operational requirements
• Handle emails, documentation, reports, and data updates accurately
• Ensure timely follow-ups and task completion across multiple activities
• Support HR, sales, and operations teams with backend coordination
• Maintain clear and professional communication via email, calls, and WhatsApp
• Assist in process improvement and workflow optimization
• Handle confidential information responsibly

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in backend operations or administration is preferred
